This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of people injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
