Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling various parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
